I've now called Sutter Cardiology 5 times for them to submit "continuation of care" paperwork to my HMO and they haven't done anything. 110

Fining *just* Waymo won't fix bad driver behavior. It just pushes riders to Uber and Lyft. 100

Double-parking sucks, but specifically penalizing the safest cars on the road seems like a bad solution to a unfortunate problem. 100
