It takes you 20 paragraphs to get to the part of the article where they admit that Mamdani isn't paying the influencers and the reason they are posting videos of the stuff Mamdani is doing is because people are interested in watching it.
The mayor’s office says that it does not pay the influencers. Still, their proximity and access to a figure as popular as Mr. Mamdani can help increase their own social media following and, by extension, potentially put them in a position to attract paid content sponsorships from commercial brands. Some influencers said that when they feature Mr. Mamdani, the videos get more likes and viewers watch longer.

Israelis decided it would be better to put all their chips on enablers who want to see them vaporized on judgement day than deal with criticisms of Israel’s treatment of Palestinians from other jews. Little too late to start giving a shit what the diaspora thinks now www.nytimes.com/2026/06/27/w...
“I’m extremely concerned,” said Asaf Zamir, a deputy mayor of Tel Aviv who was Israel’s consul general in New York from 2021 to 2023. All three candidates had made fierce criticism of Israel central to their campaigns and political identities. “And they say it out loud in the most Jewish city in the world, after Jerusalem.”

If you're a Jew living in NYC in 2026, you're about as safe as a
Jew living in Germany in 1929.
Move, now. That's not your home anymore, trust me.

If you're a Jew in NYC, now is your time to move. After
tonight's election in New York, nobody who is Jewish is safe.
I'd love to see the Trump administration address this Islamic
takeover of America and the exploding Jew hatred.
We need leadership on this issue. It's dangerous.

If Mamdani wins I will leave New York. I will go live in one of the other 5 houses I have, perhaps the one in South Florida, or the one in Paris, or Napa, or Cabo, but I will definitely leave New York. I will keep my apartment, though, because it's awesome and New York is great. But I will leave.

Dang, that's crazy. Anyway, we moved our annual refugee resettlement fundraiser to Bluesky this spring, after running it entirely on Twitter for over a decade, started with ZERO followers, took our "shrunken" audiences and beat last year's total by $200,000 in a time of massive economic upheaval

A thing Zohran & his campaign have powerfully tapped into -- and that his scavenger hunt captures so perfectly -- is that a vast majority of the people who live here genuinely *love* New York City. We wouldn't stay here otherwise!

look, it doesn't matter if the night-night man isn't real. a number of voters have very real concerns that the night-night man is waiting under their beds ready to eat them as soon as mommy and daddy say night-night and you need to have a plan to address those concerns regardless

The mass starvation & killing of Palestinians in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli gov’t is a chillul hashem, a desecration of God. Jewish leaders who criticized Zohran Mamdani for three words he doesn’t use should raise their voices loudly here as well. forward.com/opinion/7575...

Gaza is starving. Where are the American Jewish leaders?
A fear of being labelled antisemitic still deters American Jews and Jewish institutions from taking a position that is morally correct.
