I don't do much 9/11 posting, but I always think about Bretagne, the last surviving ground zero search and rescue dog. When they took her to be euthanized in 2016, first responders saluted as she entered the clinic. She was later carried out in a flag-draped casket. www.chron.com/news/houston...

Cigna has come up a new scam to me. Apparently when you are prescribed a CPAP, they ‘cover’ you by forcing you to rent it with an up front balloon payment and a rent to own buyout payment. That way your deductible is meaningless, because no payment is bigger, the out of pocket max applies.
