I was invited to a survey from Nintendo about Fortune's Weave. I left some important feedback.

Question: This is the last question. If you have any other comments about Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, or Fire Emblem games in general, please enter them here. In any case, please use the button below to submit your answers.
My response: Please localise Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem!

Sending some important feedback to Nintendo about Fire Emblem Heroes.

Pawns of Loki is miserable. Please drastically change it. The mode could be balaned by banning characters who don't take damage from enemy rosters, by increasing the funds available to such an amount that it's possible to merge one's own units until said impregnable enemy units take damage, or by lowering the cumulative points required to get rewards to the absolute bare minimum.

At first I thought this kind of scuppered my headcanon of Mars and Silver being siblings, but I kind of like the idea of Ariana raising them both to treat Pokémon as tools but they each rebelled in their own way.

I see Nintendo has decided on the Zelda 40th anniversary site to state that BotW and TotK are entirely separate from the rest of the series, despite numerous references to Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and others in both. Hey Nintendo, it's okay. You can have this one on me.

I finally watched the Zelda Direct. I expected less Ocarina and more movie, but I'm satisfied with what I've seen.

It amuses me that the GBA & DS versions of Panel de Pon are called Puzzle League, even though that name comes from the N64 version being a Pokémon spinoff and the newer versions have nothing to do with Pokémon. I wonder how things might have been if Henk said no and NOA had to use a different name.

It's been a good weekend on Pokémon Go.

Settle down before you think I'm doxxing myself. I took part in a remote raid.

I'm very slowly watching episodes of Pokémon I've watched over the years. Technically this is a rewatch I started in 2013 and have phases of losing and regaining interest. Was anyone going to tell me that Season 21 goes from 0 to 60 right out the gate? This is some of the best I've seen in ages.

Lying toerag, you went to both Johto and Sinnoh three years after this conversation.

I set myself a silly challenge in Pokémon FireRed: to finish the main part of the game using a team of Pokémon who would only fully evolve into Gen 2 mins in the postgame. And I succeeded!

Screenshot from Pokémon FireRed of a Seadra with very little HP watching a Blastoise faint. Okay, so it died of residual poison damage from Gloom, but that's not important.

Yeah but that time in 2005 when Fox, Slippy, and Krystal did it was cool. A Star Fox Assault, if you will.

Titania appears to be locked to the plot. I guess I need not to have lost anyone on Fichina to be able to reroute there.

Disregard the thing I deleted. THIS is how it should be.

Custom Nintendo Switch 2 button mapping, created with Star Fox Assault and Lylat Wars (Wii Virtual Console) in mind.

JRP @jayarrpee.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

Ugggghghggghgghgghhghgggggghhh. I don't want to change the entire Switch 2 button mapping so Star Fox has the same buttons as Assault and the Wii version of Lylat Wars but I fear I may have to do it.

This could be interesting. I keep reading about breaking rods and have no clue what that entails but is apparently a good strat.

I played through the Switch 2 version of Breath of the Wild. Still the phenomenal experience it was in 2017. It's one of those games I'd love to play for the first time again, though I will say that Zelda Notes does make Korok and shrine hunting far smoother and I could never go back to the Wii U.

Lot of ports and remakes in this reel, lol. I love it. Also love seeing that early A Link to the Past/Four Swords footage before they changed the ammo counters and how the Links in Four Swords look a lot closer to Link in the first Wind Waker trailer, right down to the loosely-held shield stance.

Going back to my Path of Radiance run, we got over Petrine's Shitty Bridge and Ike has capped his Def stat. Which is a fine thing and will help us for the BK fight but it's weird that he did it. HP is also capped but I did use the early game Seraph Robe on him.
