We cannot allow the deaths of children from vaccine preventable illnesses to be normalized in the U.S. in the same way that deaths of children from gun violence have been normalized. Children DO NOT need to die from preventable causes. We owe them full and healthy lives!

It’s the derivation of this equation (from Josh’s link to the Matzke nonogram paper) which plots vancomycin Cl (ke-1) to CrCL.. Ke=0.00083(CrCL) + 0.0044 Also need to advocate this type of work is a clinical pharmacists bread and butter, and one of the many reasons we need Pharmds at the bedside.

Writing isn't what you do after you have an idea. It's how you develop an inkling into an insight. Turning thoughts into words sharpens reasoning. What's fuzzy in your head is clear on the page. "I'm not a writer" shouldn't stop you from writing. Writing is a tool for thinking.
