Proof of life. J'zargo is trying to tell me that he NEEDS my bottle cap. He will look on lovingly at my bottle until I hand over the bottle cap, where he will run into the basement, crash around for 20 minutes, then return without his bottle cap to look at me for another.

*GASP!!* Nemi has been afraid to lay on the couch with all the kittens until today. And she didn't freak out when J'zargo lay down next to her. He actually wanted to snuggle, but we're not there yet.

Four cats in a living room. Front cat is our grey mama Stormy, face planted into a multi colored blanket. Right behind her is her tuxedo daughter, Tuxy, also laying on the same blanket. On the shelf behind Tuxy is a hard to see, but she is in there, our grouchy black cat, Nemi, laying on the blue blanket. And finally, looking out the front door on the far shelf is Stormy's son, the creamsicle master of mischief, Houdini.

High as (no) balls little boys. Everyone is spayed and neutered, now. Of course the possible dad of these little buggers has brought another pregnant girl around. We've got to trap them and get everyone fixed so we keep the stray population down.

Asher and Doc have been neutered. They have favorite toys, so they've got those top keep them busy. The cone of shame was a fail for both. They both freaked out so badly that I was afraid they'd do more harm wearing them than not.

I took Asher and Doc to the vet yesterday. Today it was Houdini and J'zargo's turn. They didn't handle as well as their brothers, so mom is snuggling with them. All the boys are getting ready to be neutered. Damn this is expensive. Might have to offer commissions to pay for all this.

And thus ends the female line of Stormy and her daughter, Tuxy. Tuxy just got back from the vet, she is spayed, microchipped, high from pain meds, and currently paying with her water while also trying to remove her I.V. leg bandage. The boys are next.
