Hello Bone Colleagues,
I have invented a new type of ankle and I'm very excited to show it to you. Early raccoon trials suggest a 60% increase in scurrying speed and dramatic increases in fine motor banditry. I know we are not supposed to create super raccoons, but I think you'll change your mind and professional ethics when you see how cute they are. I believe we are on the cusp of a new era in advanced human scurrying because if medical science has taught me anything, it's that improvements in raccoons correspond 1:1 to improvements in humans.

I love fall so much. I've lived in Vermont my whole life and foliage season still seems like such a completely bonkers and beautiful thing to happen every year. It never gets old. 🍂
Photo of a pile of leaves on vibrant dark green moss. I collected lots of fallen leaves of different colors from different plants and trees and arranged them in an egg-shaped gradient going from green at the top to yellow and then orange and then red to darkest reds at the bottom.

We have discovered the Wholesome Family Experience of driving deep into the corn fields at our local California pumpkin farm. There are animatronic dinosaurs and other Halloween delights, but thanks to @seananmcguire.bsky.social it is the Corn that really cements the horror vibe in my heart.
The view through a car windshield reveals a winding dirt road surrounded by tall cornfields. The road curves off to the right toward an unknown destination. Dry California hills rise beyond the tops of the cornstalks into a blue cloud-scattered sky.The view through a car windshield reveals a winding dirt road surrounded by tall cornfields. The second panel shows Sarah taking the ball and going through a door labeled "GROUP CHAT".
The third panel shows a group of women sitting together and consoling one woman in the center. The woman in the center is saying "...And that's how it happened. It's been the worst day of my life."
The fourth panel shows Sarah standing in the doorway behind them awkwardly holding the red ball.

Quilt hanging on a card catalog. Neutral background with navy cursive appliqué “Do you hear thr people sing?” The background is embroidered in red starting light and getting bolder the lyrics to “killing in the name” the quilting effect is a focused sunburst from the center.

A comparative analysis of two paper titles, focusing what exactly we can expect to see in each paper. The verb choice alone shows that one is primarily a techniques paper.

Top of mind for Newsom is whether he runs for president in 2028. One of the key parts of that is who else is running, including his fellow San Francisco Democrat, former Vice President Kamala Harris.

“I don’t know if she runs, but we’ll see,” Newsom told me. “I wouldn’t run if she ran.”
