USPS: “We’re broke, stamps need to go up another 20¢.” Also USPS: My package went Providence → Springfield → Providence → Springfield, adding roughly 175 completely unnecessary miles on a tour of New England to its journey. Have we considered just… sending shit toward its destination?

My postage printer is developing a personality and I don’t like it. I like my Rollo printer for the most part, but the self-congratulatory label wasting could go. I bought this thing to print postage, not to watch it stroke its own ego every time it updates.

The garmin vivosmart 5 isn’t a watch has a small screen though. The Polar Loop doesn’t have a screen and doesn’t have a subscription. But yeah, that space in the market is pretty slim.

Mia had a service training session today. After 45 min she snuck away to find a cool, quiet place to nap under the shrubs. I do the same thing when the #MS fatigue hits. Although, I try to avoid the whole crawling under the shrubs part 😆

Tan-and-white Staffordshire Terrier passed out asleep under arborvitae shrubs after service dog training, stretched out on cool dirt/gravel in the shade with eyes closed and looking completely exhausted.

Haven’t been on much the last few weeks. Been working on getting beehives ready. Cleaning, painting setting level pads for them. Still a lot to do but it’s taking a lot longer than it use to. The MS decided it wanted the main character role in this saga. 🙄

Research Discovery: Multiple sclerosis may have two distinct subtypes.

Diseases Affected: Multiple sclerosis (MS).

Key Findings: By comparing a blood-based biomarker (a protein called sNfL) and MRI scans and using AI modeling, scientists have identified two separate biological patterns for MS, based on the stage at which the protein is detected in the blood serum.

What’s Next? If this discovery is validated in further studies, it could help doctors provide more customized treatment for patients, depending on which subtype of MS they have and the stage of its progression.

I also have issues with temp regulation. It gets to be so annoying. For me (we all are different) a quick hot shower usually resets it for awhile. But sadly that’s about all that helps.
