As a proud Sciences Po alumnus who also spent a year as a wide-eyed young exchange student at Johns Hopkins this saddens me to a certain degree. Both I and my Hopkins classmates greatly benefited--intellectually, culturally--from the free flow of student exchanges between our two institutions.
