When I started taking bsky seriously, I had about 5K followers here compared to my then 30K on twt, and despite still having "less" here by comparison, I get consistently more commissions, interest, and continued support here than on twt, with far less punishment for marketing myself. (+)

#TADC SPOILER: Finally saw the ep, there's so many neat details. But the abstraction scene was my favorite for a reason I think some might not realize. Fractals are a recursive function result. A recursive function without a working exit condition becomes an infinite loop.. hence stuck abstracted.

7y ago I destroyed my shoulders for a good while playing Beat Saber too hard/long.. Finally started playing it again frequently & this time got tricep tendonitis 🤡 Lesson not learned. Could barely bend my arm for the past week 😩 It's such fun exercise but def gotta know when to stop & ease into it

The thing that gets me about ARC’s use of fully generated barks, as well as in The Finals, is that the juice is absolutely not worth the squeeze in a game that is unquestionably high effort. Like it sounds bad because there isn’t a human performance to ground it.

Finallyy Specs seem nice, optimized wireless streaming using the eye tracking is neat. No lighthouse tracking tho which is sad & standalone capability is wasteful for PCVR. I hope this isn't a sign they're giving up on lighthouse tracking. Gimme this with added lighthouse tracking & no standalone 🙏

A few of the many tasty foods I got to try at a local event promoting regenerative farming. There was like 36 diff local businesses sampling their locally sourced dishes/drinks. Pumpkin pie macarons were def a fav. But the sausage roll was the top, despite normally disliking them. Absolutely stuffed

Very large sausage roll slices, the size of chicken cutlets, mostly comprised of beef and mushrooms, with some sort of white sauce dollop on top. And only a thin portion of dough around the meat, which is the main reason I like it.
Sausage rolls often have wayyy too much dough for me.
But the meat was very fine ground too and whatever spices they used really elevated it. The texture was very nice.

A pulled pork slider with arugula and some specialty sauce.
Candied puffed corn and toasted oats in a paper boat.
And a small multilayered caramel desert with powdered sugar, I don't remember what was in it tbh.

A crustini with a dark pitted cherry and specialty cherry sauce on top, topped with a baby swiss charred leaf I think?
And a small bowl-shaped corn chip filled with corn, sweet radish and pulled pork I think?

A clear cylindrical tower of pumpkin pie macarons.
