Thousand Arms is too funny. The story is basically nothing important but it seems like at every corner it's making fun of itself. I'm on disc 2 already so it seems like a fairly brisk game. The dating aspect is funny. The things the girls sometimes ask lmao...and there is no right answer.

Been busy lately (good) helping Lyn out. Also have been in my own head a bit lately too due to health stuff (physical and mental) but I'm thankful I have her to help me manage it. I really would like to get back to gamedev and making lots of art but I've been taking it slow so I don't crash.

I feel like it's a divisive ending but for me, "Goodbye, Lara" was a brilliant way to end the show. There is a lot to unpack in that ending. The show tackles themes of expectations and burdens, of identity and love (and what does true love even mean as it's such an all encompassing term).

Whenever it is I can devote more time and energy back into gamedev shenanigans, and I start composing final tracks for my game, I don't wanna just make music that sounds like it belongs in the genre. Sometimes maybe I'll wanna add some post hardcore or punk in there even if it's a fantasy rpg.
