#TADC SPOILER: Finally saw the ep, there's so many neat details. But the abstraction scene was my favorite for a reason I think some might not realize. Fractals are a recursive function result. A recursive function without a working exit condition becomes an infinite loop.. hence stuck abstracted.

$Screenshot of the fractal scene in The Amazing Digital Circus. Bright red and orange hues across blobby but webby and slightly spikey fractal scenery, with bright pale blues in the deepest regions. #tadc$

Yeah, that's why I said "showing off", not created. But I'd have a very hard time believing the person who talks like this about AI & made a game around it wouldn't also then use it for creating Palworld concepts. Especially given the company vibe of "let's just make version of X popular games".

Nov 3rd, 2022, PocketPair founder Takuro Mizobe retweeting about the release of their game "AI Art Imposter", a game where AI generates "art" of a theme all but one person knows, and team votes who doesn't know.
Takuro remarking: After many delays behind the scenes, it has finally been released...! We are running a GPU on our server, so we are definitely in the red... If you have never tried AI illustration generation, please take this opportunity! Mobile is free!

Dec 18th, 2022, Takuro sharing screenshots of his developer chat and remarking:
I'm having so much fun creating crazy AI that I'm not making any progress at all.

And on March 2nd, 2023 he then said: At Pocket Pair, the result of introducing AI to improve work efficiency... Employees began to completely delegate their work to AI, but the quality was too high and they were disappointed.

Oct 7th, 2022, Takuro tweets: People who use Photoshop or Crysta are not called "digital artists", right? "AI illustrator" is a hot topic, but what's even more frightening is... When you call someone "illustrator", it seems like it's normal to refer to an AI illustrator. After AI becomes widespread, a new word will probably be born: "analog illustrator", "painter", "human painter".

Calculation became by-hand calculation industry, handicraft animation became hand-drawn animation. A computer literally translates to "a person who calculates", and it seems that in the past, it was actually a human being. Nowadays, it refers to electronic computers, so the time may not be too far when illustrator refers to AI algorithms and software... Which illustrator are you using? SD? Midjourney? Other?

Nov 28, 2022, Takuro says: If you pass it through the filter of AI, the image is often not of a specific thing, so maybe the copyright issue will be resolved? I was surprised to see that the world is actually moving in that direction. In about 30 years, the general public's perception of copyright may have changed considerably.

April 19th, 2023, Takuro tweets a screencap of Nvidia's AI video advancements, showing a Stormtrooper vacuuming on a beach.
Takuro says: The results of text to video in Nvidia's latest paper are amazing...

A few of the many tasty foods I got to try at a local event promoting regenerative farming. There was like 36 diff local businesses sampling their locally sourced dishes/drinks. Pumpkin pie macarons were def a fav. But the sausage roll was the top, despite normally disliking them. Absolutely stuffed

Very large sausage roll slices, the size of chicken cutlets, mostly comprised of beef and mushrooms, with some sort of white sauce dollop on top. And only a thin portion of dough around the meat, which is the main reason I like it.
Sausage rolls often have wayyy too much dough for me.
But the meat was very fine ground too and whatever spices they used really elevated it. The texture was very nice.

A pulled pork slider with arugula and some specialty sauce.
Candied puffed corn and toasted oats in a paper boat.
And a small multilayered caramel desert with powdered sugar, I don't remember what was in it tbh.

A crustini with a dark pitted cherry and specialty cherry sauce on top, topped with a baby swiss charred leaf I think?
And a small bowl-shaped corn chip filled with corn, sweet radish and pulled pork I think?

A clear cylindrical tower of pumpkin pie macarons.

No, you might be reading the old rules. They changed the furry related rules after feedback. New version clarifies it to be no content involving actual animals. Anthros wouldn't fall under this category, just simulated bestiality.

Can make the URL have a proper name like mine: bsky.app/profile/inve... Using pdsls.dev as shown in this vid. When you enter custom name, just put "art" or whatever you want the end of URL to say. Delete the messy looking URL feed from SkyFeed after that! As the new one will show there instead.

If you want to make the URL not have a random characters name but a name like this: bsky.app/profile/inve... You can use pdsls.dev to create a new record that has a vanity URL like so. Afterwards, delete the old feed from SkyFeed, and you can edit the newly made one there after if needed. #feeds

On skyfeed.app make a new feed, change the "Input" to "Single User" and then click "Select yourself". Simple as that! Can refine things further by adding other blocks like a Remove block or Regex if you want to filter posts with text/tags that match a regex pattern!

New Zenless Zone Zero character is giving...

Screenshot of a new character in Zenless Zone Zero 2.0, who is a muscular catboy with black hair and a red on the front portion of hair. With his fist raised similar to a classic Shadow the Hedgehog image, which is pictured to the right.

Yeah haha almost want to make it an actual version of him, definitely a lot better than when Amber's settings go wrong!

Very mangled model of the character Amber from the game My Naked Life. She does not look well...

First time doing mail-in voting for the Canadian election and damn is it quick & easy. Requested it, received a couple days later, sealed it back up in the provided envelopes, popped it back in the mail box and that was that. And best of all the site actually allows you to see that they received it!

Screenshot of Elections Canada page showing the confirmation they received the mail in vote ballot.

Two fields shown to query that status, a reference number and your last name.

FINALLY BEAT IT ლ༼ ▀̿ Ĺ̯ ▀̿ ლ ༽ I don't know what it was about this current PVP event in Pokemon TCG Pocket, but it was so much more hell than previous ones. Feels partly cause there are so many "meta" decks now it's hard to not encounter one that will do really well against your deck.

For some Labelers, instead of "Warn" it will just be "Show badge", so that info shows up on people's profile or posts. Like the Content Creator labeler, you would see this below my name on posts:

Sorry for the late reply! Here's my skyfeed.app art feed Input block set to "Single User" then click "Select yourself". Now all future blocks will operate on content you've posted. RegEx block has words/tags that at least one must be in a post's text. This image's ALT text has further details!

$Image showing my SkyFeed.app settings for my "My Art" feed. The first block being an "Input" block, set to "Single User", and with "Select yourself" clicked. "Include" set to "Posts". Next is a "Remove" block, set to "Image Count" and "equals zero", so only posts with Images will show in this feed. Next is a "RegEx" block to further filter my posts, to only show if they include certain keywords/tags. With the "Target" set to "Post Text". The included regex is: \s(#myart|OCs|#artshare|3D Model|#invertex)(\s|$) Each text between the braces ( ), separated by | , are things that at least ONE of must be somewhere in the post text to show up in this custom feed. (thing1|thing2|thing3|etc..) Include the extra bits I have on the start and end to ensure there must be whitespace to the left of the text, and either whitespace or the end of all text on the right side.$

For those concerned because of the racist CEO, you'll be glad to know he actually retired from the company 5 months ago!

Cliff Morgan (former CEO of GFuel) said on Linked In 5 months ago:

After 20 years with Gamma Labs / GFUEL, it is with a heavy heart that I announce my retirement.
The friends I have made and the accomplishments we’ve achieved over the last two decades will provide a lifetime of fond memories.

I founded a company and created a product that is known world-wide, and I did it with a team I’m incredibly proud of. It has been an amazing journey, and it is difficult to think about life post-GFUEL.

BSKY has already talked about its monetization plan. Mastodon would need to greatly monetize as well with an increased userbase. BSKY intends to provide mostly cosmetic features and has stated on public record they won't go the "user prioritization" route. bsky.social/about/blog/1...

Post your most popular art from Twitter 3D model I whipped up for fun of @currypaws.bsky.social OC! (go check them out, they're an incredible artist and person!) Sculpted in #ZBrush and then rendered in #V-Ray inside of #Maya

Front-facing 3D render of @currypaws.bsky.social OC.

A cartoony, cylindrical shaped, green colored, bear-like mascot. Wearing off-axis large rectangle glasses with a gray rim and opaque white fill.
Mouth wide agape, coming to a point at the top.
Circular, donut-like ears, with stubby feet and arms.
Standing on a short, circular pedestal with a glass rim.
Holding in one-hand a "Palmesan", a mascot of @mametchi.bsky.social community, which is a cheese-wheel shaped create with a slice taken out the middle, the points acting as the legs, and with cute bunny ears and atop, and a face the front, with a little heart on the chest.
Another of these laying on the ground beside Curry Paws.

Same as previous image description, but the rear view. Curry's two prominent buns (butt) plainly visible.
