I had to further disclose my wife is on MEDICAL leave, and NO SHE WILL NOT be driving me. If accomodations for transportation cannot be made I have no safe way to get to or from work, ASSSSSS HOLES Not you work. You've been great. I absolutely hate this adjuster though. Fucker.

I've since had to email and point out that in fact work cannot actually accommodate the restrictions as my boss told me it's company policy not to get involved in arranging transportation to and from work. Also previously the adjuster suggested my wife who's on leave could drive me.

Another day, another fight for my rights to work comp Yesterday I did get confirmation and further restrictions from surgeons medical assistant including no machinery while prescribed narcotics. I asked and she confirmed that explicitly includes motor vehicles.
