Realised I don’t have anything that comes in a tetrapak. Went into a Costa, said ‘would you save me your cartons if I come back at teatime?’ In a seven hour stint, they used 9. 5 oat, 3 soya, 1 coconut. I know you like facts. They handed me a large sack and were really interested in reuse 👍🏻.

Used all this week’s ‘spoons.’ I am knackered now. Still, had fun, met some lovely people, learned some things, one of those being I don’t have the energy for a two day course.

Finished the tetra pak course, learned a lot. Three monochrome prints of owls, a half finished landscape, cut out owls for chine colle.

Before all the hoo har about the Diana book, I ordered it as I was interested. Arrived yesterday and I read a couple of chapters before bed. On this small sample, here are my takeaways: Strong echoes of Spare, lots of entitled male moaning that is very unattractive and quite enlightening.

If so some eason you do choose to work for free (for example, for a charity, or to support a small local enterprise), consider sending them an invoice for your usual fee, and mark it void. That way, they'll know the value of what you're giving them.

Online retailers these days are so sneaky. My GP suggested I get a specific supplement; the only place I could find it was their website. Thwy sold 1, 6 and 12 month versions. My heart sinks every time I see an advertising image and it is that dirty, icy blue and muddy brown that screams AI. Did no one feed it Van Gogh, Gauguin, Hockney? This is so depressing. The heart of the machine is rust and oil slick.
