One thing I find rather interesting with N64 recompilations —completely disregarding the slop jobs — is this weird duality. On the one hand there's Super Mario 64. You need to install msys2 to build the thing on the spot. I personally would know how to do this, but in general you shouldn't have to.

This makes total sense to investors. If you either win the universe or destroy it, investment logic says you bet the farm, because clearly someone else was gonna destroy the universe anyway and it should be you who wins if it pans out. We should abolish the investor class.
