The funny thing is it's probably the opposite. If AI does end up being the future, we could just hop on when the tech is no longer hallucinating fabrications or putting Charlie Kirk's face on everyone. It's often smarter to wait and see in these situations. Early adopters usually get screwed.

Dragon's Dogma 2 getting a >30% performance boost imo vindicates me - I said last year that it was probably not an issue with the engine and instead Capcom aiming too high with their recommended specs. Now they have to optimise for weaker hardware (the Switch 2) and suddenly the game runs well.
