Trump and his Secretary of Defense nominee have proposed purging military officers they view as too "woke." A Heritage funded group is proposing names: offers who served on a DEI panel, or written about race, or sought to recruit at a historically Black college. apnews.com/article/hegs...

Another female Air Force officer was on the list because she “served as a panelist for a diversity, equity and inclusion” discussion in 2021.

An Air Force colonel, who is white, was called out for an opinion piece he wrote following the death of George Floyd, saying, “Dear white colonel, we must address our blind spots about race.”

A female Air Force officer was targeted because of “multiple woke posts” on her X feed, including a tweet about LGBTQ rights, one about “whiteness” and another about honoring the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on a stamp.

The list names an Army officer who traveled to 14 historically Black colleges to expand the military’s intelligence recruitment efforts, and an Air Force officer partly because he co-chairs the Asian-Pacific Islander subgroup of the service’s diversity task force.

3. Denying Access to Abortion Care in Emergency Situations
Project 2025 calls for the Department of Health and Human Services to dismantle the abortion protections provided under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA), a federal policy that outlines requirements for emergency departments that receive Medicare funds.

The plan recommends rescinding Biden administration guidance from 2022 stating that people needing abortion care as part of emergency treatment are entitled to that care under federal law, even in states where abortion is banned. It would also end investigations into cases where patients’ rights were violated by denial of necessary emergency abortion care.7
Further, it seeks to eliminate injunctions against states that have violated EMTALA and recommends that the Department of Justice withdraw from all ongoing litigation where it is currently defending the right to emergency abortion care.
Refusal to enforce EMTALA’s protections for abortion care puts pregnant people’s lives in jeopardy, by forcing providers to risk criminal charges if they perform potentially lifesaving abortion care.

Be aware that these incidents will occur more frequently. Separation of church and state is not the goal of the Trump administration, a Christian nation is. And if they pass the "terrorist non-profit" bill in January, organizations that try to stop these violations will cease to exist.

Please stop saying that "the grid" can't handle more EVs. It is a lie. If 100% of all new cars were EVs it would take 13 years to have 50% of cars on the road be EVs. In 13 year the demand on the grid will be 3.3%. fun fact - Crypto mining currently uses 2.3% of energy created.
