What is this? Found it over the path to the front door. The body is bigger than a quarter, legs bigger than a half dollar. The web was enormous. It was connected to the roof of the house and a tree... 10 feet away. The web as also 8 feet high? Was it trying to catch an Amazon delivery person?

American tariffs. I bought a Kilt Pin from Scotland for $13.28. FedEx says I owe a $2.73 tariff and $15 for processing. It worry that if I do NOT pay the fees to FedEx they may hold future deliveries. So, thanks to Trump tarrifs, I have to pay an additional $17.73 for an item that cost $13.28.

I hope your week is going better. Our pool pump died. More than $2k to replace. Additionally, the water filtration system died. The replacement will cost over $4k. Both are 40% higher than quotes I got 2 years ago, due to inflation /tariffs - thanks donald.

Completed our 1,300 mile drive from Chicago to Pagosa Springs, CO. The Ioniq 9 is a long range beast. FYI... Average time changing per stop... 17 minutes! Used Ionna for all stops except the last two which were Walmart and ChargePoint. Feel free to ask questions.

Chicago area... April electricity $20 (solar panels). Extra kWhs rollover each month but, in April, they zero out any excess. I just "donated" 1,800 kWh to the utility company, $300 of electricity. I've added an EV. That extra electricity will cover about 8,000 miles of driving - for free.
