Adopting low-insulinemic and planetary health diets, rich in nuts, legumes, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in red and processed meats, sodium, potatoes, and French fries, supports better weight management, with potential to guide practical, food-based prevention during a critical window for women's long-term health."
