New article in Annals of Internal Medicine! In our target trial emulation of 3,572 pregnancies there were not large differences in the risk of non-live birth, major malformations, and abnormal fetal growth with continuation of GLP-1 receptor agonists into early pregnancy vs. non-continuation.
