Exactly the stuff we discussed today on rounds with the resident and student. One thing that I was taught was cortico-medullary differentiation (CMD)/cortical echogenicity and actual cortical thickness of < 7 mm. Not sure how many rely on that

I have started using HIF-PHI 👉 Desidustat in my kidney #transplant pts with anemia. This was the first pt I used it in - a pt with parvovirus b19 related anemia that did not respond to reduction of immunosuppression or IVIG. Presented that as a poster in #KidneyWk
