We literally have data showing that cars -- especially large trucks and SUVs-- *are* inherently deadly because of their design. I have no patience for this.

No I’m here to tell you that anybody improperly operating a vehicle of any kind on a road poses a threat to everyone around them. We don’t operate our vehicles in isolation. And pretending one is inherently deadly, and the other merely an inconvenience is just obviously disingenuous.

The Honda Nippi was for wheelchair users to retain mobility. They still make these types of vehicles, but you can’t get them here in the states.

Don’t tell me this isn’t culture war posturing. It was a minuscule amount of tax revenue and makes no sense from a budget standpoint (in fact, studies show people who commute by bike save society money), and is done solely to poke a sharp stick in the eye of people who bike for transportation.
