Went on a bike ride up the rail trail to Wakefield for some Coffee (and multiple types of cheese and other snacks) outside with a few pals today. Was a gorgeous day for a beautiful ride. Did I take any photos? No. But I never regret not being on my phone when out with buds.

Went to a gym tonight for an Intro session. I've never been one for gyms, but I want better mobility and strength that cycling alone can't do for me. Among other things, I managed to do a 60 second wall supported hand stand. Felt so good. 💪

I feel like since the majority of drivers in vehicles on the roads are alone in their vehicles, they think that no one should be social while going from point A to point B. So seeing cyclists chatting while riding around will make them upset. And we all know we can't upset the precious drivers.
