Dear hospital admin of BSky I need help! Our nurses are unhappy? We have tried the following, compared to last year they are, Earning less, Getting less PTO Less Overtime Less incentives Less schedule freedom And we even let them have more patients to be responsible for! What else can we do?

Simple SvO2 interpretation: Low = problem, call someone High = problem, call someone. Normal = Things MIGHT be okay (they probably aren’t), or your problem is somewhere else, or you have several problems that are currently in balance with each other.

I don't miss much about residency. But it was nice to be with a team of similarly nerdy people for most of your day. Doing consults at a satellite hospital by myself, and when things (good/bad/interesting) happen I often find myself looking around for someone to talk to that isn't there.
