i was moving my dolls and one of my custom Cult of the Lamb doll's ears just crumbled away like chalk for no reason. I was just handling it normally, and it didn't crack or shatter, it literally crumbled. It was the same air dry clay as the rest of the new parts, all of which seem totally solid
