Yeah there's a massive premium for them to pay to get players to opt for there over somewhere down south

Ghislain Hofman @gghofman.bsky.social · 20h

Well then you get Newcastle where fans moan about lack of investment and success from there takeovers There's a bubble waiting burst when we have a host of owners looking to do a VC style investment to later sell off at profits

Certainly from an eye pov he just doesn't look as confident when he's cutting in and taking players on, but in general he's still very good

Ghislain Hofman @gghofman.bsky.social · 21h

its also the reason they are willing to buy these clubs and sink money into them, there superb propaganda machines and an army of brainwashed supporters if success comes with it

Thats the thing, signing on fees and wages are more than there share of these deals

Wasn't that Cowboys losing to 0-4 stat actually a stat just about the cowboys themselves, someone mentioned a team in last few years who lost a 0-4 team at home

Very much agree, over course best practice to wear a helmet, especially on longer rides where risk increases But for the most part a its more than a helmet i'll need if someone is driving and inattentive of vulnerable road users

My approved notes for Arteta the next time Merino is an unused sub: "I made a mistake by putting someone of the stature of Pelé or Maradona on to warm up and then not putting him in the game. If it were today I would not do it."
