I learned about how histamine affects periods in perimenopause, so I started taking a zyrtec after dinner every night. Y'ALL I FEEL 32 AGAIN! I can't believe this hasn't been more commonly known until now. One month later and my back pain isn't immobolozing me & my emotions aren't on a rollercoaster
