Due to recent stressors my FND has relapsed pretty heavily. It's really demoralising to have so much hard earned progress simply washed away by chaotic waves beyond my control. It's so disabling, I hate it. It's so distressing I hate it. I hate that my best efforts can be wiped clean.

So my recovery halted, and now I'm having a relapse of symptoms. It's a punch to the gut to accept that. Because it's all been bad luck, and very malicious people. Things beyond my control. All because after 2 years of unstable housing (or housing I don't feel safe in). The light dims everytime
