Last session we had to fight some automotons with fire core that disliked magic. We made a whole plan. The rogue would open them up, I the bard would fake trip and "accidentally open them up" Intense 20 minutes of planning. Rogue casts Mage Hand. The alarm blared. The automatons disliked magic.

Honestly, and it was such a perfect point on white privilege. How Chris had the privilege of ignoring the clues, but Harcourt as a woman outside of typical gender norms (and wired into survival) could not. It works so well as both a joke and mera-commentary. Peacemaker, what a show.

I think about this panel from "God Loves, Man Kills" a LOT when times are tough.

Yes, I don't think initially it means something. It's more of a... potential for red flags. But it has to be judge on a case by a case basis. I do have in my family a case of a big age gap, that would be considered problematic today. But that the relationship was good and healthy while it lasted.
