Anyone can benefit from it as a way to build empathy and compassion for better relationships with people you care about and work with. 👀 My favourite two snippets: 1. You can't pick just the good parts; you get the full package only. (This mental model is a great fix for jealousy too.) 2. Creating a user manual or blueprint to share context with others on your working style can improve collaboration. Insights that resonated with me: 👉 Stress and anxiety may trigger hyper-focus, but it's an elusive state 👉 Lists don't work → overanalyzing expands 3 bullets to 30 without doing any 👉 Interrupt me, because I can keep talking 👉 Get to the point; I get bored easily, even by my own sentences 👉...
