When I was at Temple I found out marketing materials they were sending to high schools had completely different demographics listed depending on what area they were pitching. Not just different photos but they changed percentages of the ethnicities of the student body as well.

It's really easy to talk about how "necessary" crunch is when your entire development model relies on burning people out and chucking them into the trash. It's especially easy to do it when you're ~35 and the guy taking home the paycheck for the 8th time you sell your company to a new investor.
