It took WAY too long to find this physical after launch and at a normal price but finally found it!

I haven't used steam or bought a game on it in years.... I think I can safely avoid the sale as I always do! 🤠... and it also helps me focus on just my Switch 2 and PS5.

I know it just turned October, but me and fiance have already had the house decorated and already watched Nightmare Before Christmas, we just can't help ourselves! 🎃

Thoughts on typical gaming media & the reason were seeing a down trend is because in the past, these were the go-to place to get your info. The advent of streamers, youtubers, etc this massive shift to people looking towards specific folks has moved it away from big time focus on these orgs.

Brad's a great guy and totally deserves some chatting to, getting to know, and also smelling videogames! For real though! If you don't know Brad, get to know him!

Happy Thursday everyone! Just want to thank each and every one of you that has touched my life in ways. From those that have been around for years, to those that I've only just started to talk to. This is THE place I go to talk about life, videogames, our passions, and fun! Thank you!

So from everything I've seen posted on Control Resonance on socials. You either love it & think it has some incredible moments/wild stuff. OR it's boring, & typical & dull. Not to downplay anyones experience, but this is 100% why people just have to try stuff out for themselves when at all possible.

Video games have always tried to be framed as bad and turning kids/teenagers into bad people. Look at the internet though, social media, being online, and monetizating hate has done far more damage then videogames ever did, not just to kids but to everyone honestly. It's gross.

Sometimes I reflect on my old gaming channel, and with Witcher 3 remaster coming out, I totally forgot I did a parody documentary when Witcher 2 came out about trying to be a real life Witcher LOL. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gD0v...

I have no time for the Witcher 3 remaster even as one of my favorite games of all time. So I will sadly have to wait, but my thinking is, waiting till the new expansion drops will be a key component!

When you treat videogames like a checklist, to get done, to get to the next, to get to the next. It's draining. That was part of the reason I left doing game reviews. That said, even during times like this, it's best to slow down. I'm very briskfully playing Townfall and Trails 2nd chatper atm.

I'm on the start of week 4 with shingles, but what's crazy is now that the skin is in the healing portion, the area with the healing rash can have flare ups out of nowhere. Like feels fine then burning pain and feeling like things are sore as heck! What a wild disease.

As the weeks get closer to getting married, for some reason my self image feels extremely negative. Like I don't look good enough or not skinny enough for my own wedding. No sir I don't like these feelings at all. Go away.

The gaming industry is a mess right now. I'm sure there will be an ebb and flow for time eternal, but at the end of the day, I'm happy. Videogames are still being made, I still find a TON of them inspiring, thought provoking, and just fun. So thank you to the devs who keep making them.

I'm such a huge Alan Wake, Control, & overall Remedy fan in general that it's like AHHHHH why did the new game get delayed physically? I think I'd drop everything to play that at this point. It looks soooo good! But I will be patient. Must not buy the digital, must not!

I had a very mixed experience with Silent Hill F. Highly enjoyed my first playthrough but the subsequent required playthroughs left me seeing a pretty flawed experience, but one I still was happy to see do so well sales wise. Let's see how Townfall feels this week shall we!

I'm really excited for Silent Hill Townfall and Control Resonant, but I'm also waiting for the physical versions. I usually have 1 focused game at a time per console. So right now it's TRAILS 2nd chapter on Switch 2 and PS5 will be Townfall since I wrapped up Wolverine.

So many video games have launched over the last month or so averaging good to great scores and yet the internet turns its attention to the bad reviews to discuss why the game is bad. Yall need a new hobby at this rate while most of us over here are like...

Wolverine finished. Strong ending sequence. Like wow! Game was perfect length for me, ended before it went on too long. Overall, loved it! Not a boring moment. I enjoyed the story as well. Solid 9 out of 10. Minor minor complaints overall from me. One of my favs in 2026.

Blows me away this narrative arc that Wolverine is an awful game has just taken ahold online. People making fun of it left & right. Everyone I know in-person is loving it. I understand it being a game genre/style people might not care for but for me & this style of game, its one of my favs in 2026.

Re was super fun. Way funnier then expected but also lots of creepy, mutations, etc. Also the chaos of the main character trying to survive was great. Simple story. Overall had a blast. Give it a solid 8.5 out of 10. Wish there was more to tie into the games but still. It was highly enjoyable.

Rad_Dad_Undead_Redemption @raddadredemption.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

The combat, mixed with finishers, gore, and destructable environments really leads to just some super satisfying bombastic moments that leave you satisfied. #Wolverine
