For this year's #Festivids, I made two vids, both for Alison Bechdel's Dykes to Watch Out For! I had never vidded comics before, so I was both excited and terrified when I got assigned @lillythekid.bsky.social's request. But super happy with the results!

Three comics panels where two women slowly move to kiss each other as a second woman watches and looks triumphant.

I wanted to do an ensemble vid this time, & wanted to lean into the things I know @thingswithwings.bsky.social likes about it (mainly the chaos, the kinkiness, and the Voyager references)

For this year's #Festivids I made five (5!) vids for four fandoms - two of which I picked up from great request letters. Gonna thread them here! Quick overview: 유령 | Phantom - 2x F/F 负负得正 | Land of Broken Hearts - M/F メタモルフォーゼの縁側 | BL Metamorphosis - Gen 흑백요리사: 요리 계급 전쟁 | Culinary Class Wars - Gen

A bunch of chefs in Culinary Class Wars (dressed in black) doing a group hug. The title of the vid is Go Hard.

A teenaged girl and an old woman reaching over a Japanese floor table to do a thumb-to-thumb move. The vid's title is "The World is Full of Different Colors" but that isn't displayed, instead the movie's title in Japanese & English is, along with "Festivids 2025".

Qiu Tian and Zhu Yilong in Land of Broken Hearts looking absolutely gorgeous in where they're sitting on a sofa in a rosy glow. She's laughing, he's got a tentative look as they stare at something together. The title of the vid is Go Do!

Closeup of someone lighting a cigarette for a woman with red lipstick. The title of the vid is "Touch".
