My theory about RFK Jr. is that this is individualism taken to its extreme: don't regulate food, don't mandate vaccines. If you get sick, you should've done your own research. Your health is your own responsibility, even when corps. are allowed to put you at risk. The privatization of public health.

American hospitals, physicians, drug companies, and others charge some of the highest prices in the world — a chief reason why U.S. health spending is on pace to cost almost $16,500 per person this year. But a breaking point, policy experts warn, is a matter of when, not if: bit.ly/4edjsFi

Hospital and pharmaceutical prices are smothering America's businesses
Workers and employers are drowning in their health insurance premiums. The reason for that deluge: the health care industry's high and inscrutable prices.

Dear Director Bhattacharya:

According to public reporting, the CDC is preparing to fund the previously blocked study of hepatitis B vaccination on newborns in Guinea-Bissau (https://www.theguardian.com/society/2026/oct/09/vaccine-trial-guinea-bissau-rfk-jr ). Based on this reporting, the ethics board in Denmark which approved this had never considered medical studies previously, and four members of the board resigned in protest of the approval.
