this is one of my favorite videos on the internet

fandom discourse is incredible because where else can i read takes like "this character who's probably like 25 is being parentified by this entirely unrelated old guy that they met like 2 years ago and are friends with now" that have multiple people nodding like "yeah that makes sense"

For 9 years this cat has attempted to get me to feed him at 4 am every day and for 9 years he has not succeeded one time and his only takeaway has been well it's certainly not happening if I don't try again, and I'm starting to find him quite inspirational

fandom is really baffling because you can try to have a discussion about how a character's role in the story, the themes that they are a vehicle for, the way in which the narrative interacts with those themes and what makes coherent sense for what is to come and people will look at you and say Nah

rebecca black back at it again with good music. thank you for making nasty electronic pop music like this for the sapphics. i think we need more women making shameless, raunchy music dedicated to their girlfriends like this like damn ok.

I’m not the first person to make this observation but the prevalence of nauseating ai-generated business logos means stuff like this hits CRAZY for me now

i hurt all over and it's because i had to replace my engine mounts for my car yesterday (i helped my housemate did most of the work ngl) and i had to do so much moving shit around. thankfully he has hydraulic lifts so we were able to just slide under the car to get the one in the back

digital painting of V1 from ULTRAKILL standing in front of an in-game terminal. it has its hand up, picking something from the terminal screen. the drawing is in warm tones and high saturation.

tbh provided i am a minor background character living in scarlet hollow would be fine. hopefully i would not be important enough for anything to happen to me.

Axon lobbying to bypass zoning regulations so they can build a *74-acre* mega campus is lowkey one of the more important happening in AZ right now that needs more eyes on it. That would be Axon as in the company that makes electroshock weapons and police surveillance equipment.

They specifically want books before 2022 because they are uncorrupted by AI. They need books that have not been poisoned by the poison they are making. It's just like pre-war steel. They invented cultural radiation.

Apple charges people ~20% more than the Patreon list price and they keep the difference for themselves. They also hold the proceeds of iOS app sales for 75 days, making it impossible for creators to accurately predict earnings. They basically inserted themselves in order to rip *more* people off

The timing of this kind of press is intentional. How are they going to make these games when Bethesda and Obsidian collectively laid off hundreds? Don’t fall for it.
