I went looking through my archive to references (ca. 1970-2000) in the US press to "white genocide" in Africa. With only one exception, every single one I could find appeared in neo-Nazi publications, like this one from December 1975. CB Baker was a protege of GL Rockwell and Willis Carto.

Another international Jew, Saul Mendlovitz, is President of the Institute for World Order. Mendlovitz revealed the I.W.O. program in the October, 1974 issue of TRANSITION. The I.W.O. aims! to promote terrorism,
war,
and genocide against Whites in Rhodesia and South Africa; to establish a "global food agency" whereby
Americans would have their own food supply vastly reduced and also be forced to pay drastically higher food prices (Most of America's food will be shipped to feed the ever increasing populations of Africa and Asia); and to establish international control over the oceans.
The U.S, would be denied the right to obtain any benefits
from the ocean bed and resources from the ocean would go to Africa and Asia. Another I.W.O. goal, to end Portuguese rule in Africa, has just been achieved, Further I.W.O. goals include stripping the U.S. of all defenses and the establishment of a world tax scheme.
It seems that the world government gang is fed up with the present U.S, system of foreign aid, which does not furnish enough welfare money to Third World countries. Mendlovitz wants to enslave Americans by forcing them to pay much higher taxes which would go directly to the Third World African and Asian nations. Its all part of the criminal Marxist plan to redistribute America's wealth and property.

The Constitution disagrees. The Emoluments Clause, part of Article I, Section 9, Clause 8, bans office holders from taking ANY gifts from foreign countries. There is no mention of quid pro quo. That is because the Founding Fathers knew that even the *appearance* of corruption promotes corruption.
