It had 3d animated polygonal characters, 3d environments made with CSG, shadow maps, dynamic lighting, textures didn't wobble, internet play, its own gameplay language, a testbed for 3d cards, music by NiN, moddable gameplay, rocket jumping... But the story sucked. 5/10.
