Wilber Rafael Garces Perez was shot by ICE 10 days ago. The bullet is still lodged in his back. He’s been forced to sleep on the floor and hasn’t been given medication, according to his attorney. Now DHS is claiming he assaulted an agent. Can we trust anything DHS says given its track record?

Because there is yet again another article blaming e-bikes for cars killing people, I am once again asking why, as we are facing a climate emergency and the highest gas prices ever, every newspaper in the country has decided to whip people up in a frenzy against bikes.

Well, it finally happened. A driver doing a right turn hit me on my bike, in a bike lane. I'm physically ok. My spidey senses served me well; the driver wasn't signaling, but my gut said they might turn, so I slowed down and watched. Slammed on my brakes, so only light contact with my front wheel.

DoorDash messed up.
They repeatedly left more than 260,000 NYC delivery workers underpaid or paid late, causing them immense stress and financial difficulty.
That's unacceptable.
We've secured a $131.5M settlement from
