A grave faced Captain Mithrun is shown doing various exercises like one-armed push-ups, pull-ups, swimming, lunges, assisted sit-ups with Pattadol and being sat on by a happy Lycion in his werewolf form. Mithrun monologues over these actions, saying "I wake up and start my routine with 100 one-arm push ups, eat breakfast, then I do 1000 more. sometimes ill meet someone and know that they'll be a vegan or vegetarian in the future but sometimes i get worried i could do the opposite and become like a carnivore and only eat meat but then i remember i am in fact in control of myself and my actions and not watching myself from afar
