We went to an event this afternoon. Lots of people and noise. Not ideal for all of our chronically ill/nd family. I limited interaction which wasn't actually to difficult. Yet here I am sitting in my garden feeling lonely. #autistic

I work over the summer but reduced hours and (in theory) lighter/less stressful work then hit the ground running in September.

Where/how do you wear them? I am quite new to them in adulthood and put them on my work lanyard. In the 90s (as a teen) I wore them on the lapel of a velvet blazer!
