TROP Sauron decides that impersonating Galadriel’s husband to seduce her is a fine idea and all, but it’d be even better to impersonate *her* to seduce her husband. And then falls for him. archiveofourown.org/works/463932...

Another WIP! Very very proud of this so far, armor may be my favorite thing to draw <3

A progress picture of an illustration of Galadriel. Galadriel is a white elf woman with blonde hair and silver armor. The armor has high contrast values while the skin and hair are still flat color. The background is black

A zoomed in picture of the same illustration of Galadriel. This highlights the details on the armor.

I wrote another poem. Think Sauron's POV as he's making the One Ring! #Haladriel #Haladrielprompts

He takes the parts of all he was before

And pours them into the ring,

None of them are needed anymore.

Wasted parts that can be put to better use.

He takes the malice, and the power

And scorn for them all, every betrayal,

Every missed chance to help him turn back,

All of it pours out like a torrent into the fire

To be cast out and re-forged into something new.

He lets go of the love and the final shards of light,

The memories of a raft and of a forest,

And of her,

He takes it and pours it all away.

It does not matter. Not now.

And in the darkness,

Binds.

Since @rotemrusak.bsky.social asked Morfydd Clark if Adar would have one of tree memorials like Finrod and she said "yes" I have not been able to take that out of my mind... so here it is! Canon 😊✨ I wanted to make at least a comic strip this year. It took time but it's done! 💪 #TheRingsOfPower

Panel of a comic 1:

Galadriel is carving something we cannot see using a chisel and a mallet. She is very focused on her task, her face slightly bathed in light coming from her work.

There is a text behind her: "TOC TOC TOC TOC" referring to the sound of her work.

The background and the shadowy environment is blue while the light is orange.

Panel of a comic 2:

Same environment as "Panel 1"

Galadriel stops her work and turns slightly, her face facing the spectator, as someone calls her. carving something we cannot see using a chisel and a mallet. She is very focused on her task, her face slightly bathed in light coming from her work.

There is a speech-bubble at the right saying "GALADRIEL" and it interrupts the sequence of " TOC TOC TOC..." behind.

Panel of a comic 3:

Elrond and Gil-Galad appear from their shoulders up, their faces judgy. They are more surrounded by blue colours, just a but of orange light reflecting on their faces.

There is a speech-bubble connected to the previous one which says: "WHAT...?".

Panel of a comic 4:

Bigger and detailed illustration of a tree memorial with a sculpture of Adar, holding his sword down in his left-gauntleted hand and resting his right hand on an uruk child's shoulder, standing next to him as part of the sculpture. This little uruk looks suspiciously like Glûg and he's holding a sage blossom between his hand.

There is a lamp below bathing with orange light the sculpture and the three characters around it.

Galadriel is standing on a ladder leaned against the tree, holding the mallet and defiant: she's working on that Adar sculpture.

Gil-Galad and Elrond are closer to the spectator and giving them their back, watching the Adar-uruk-memorial-tree.

The sculpture is surrounded by ivy leaves that also appear in the other trees surrounding the scene (lamps and other memorials insinuated on their trunks). Above the scene there is a canopy of branches and beams of blue light filter between them from above at left and right.
