Ah gotcha. I definitely think that's a useful rhetorical distinction as it relates to discussing media critically, but on the more practical side, if the review score is different, Gamers with their stellar reading comprehension skills will just see the big number and declare the game's divisive.

are differences in taste still not definitionally disagreements if they result in (even if it is a flawed measure) a different "final review score"?

it's gotta heal but. xenoblade trinity processor tattoo!

photograph of the front of a forearm, featuring a triangular shaped tattoo. the tattoo is of the trinity processor from the xenoblade chronicles series, featuring an intricate, geometric, three-way-symmetrical design of hexagons with rectangular crystals pointed towards. one crystal is green, another is purple, and the third is red. the tattoo is approximately 4 inches in length.

Gonna have to wrap the screen we watch this on in one of those anti-bedbug plastic covers. Gonna have to put the film in a medical waste container once we're done.

Bullet Points Monthly started 10 years ago. To mark a decade of the site, our editors--Yussef Cole, Reid McCarter, Astrid Anne Rose, and Ed Smith--looked at the state of the shooter. We also got nine contributors to do the same. bulletpointsmonthly.com/2026/08/19/s...

a song & some art to go with it music.eash.dev/track/primer

a person with glowing armor and a large curved sword stands between two dark blue pillars that have orange glows. Between the two pillars on the ground the person stands on, a bright yellow/white sandstone path leads to a large structure in the distance with an unbelievably massive hole. two guards stand on either side of the hole.

Proper story's supposed to start at the beginning. Ain't so simple with this one.
