Working from park again, catching rays (with my solar panel heh) Don't actually know what I'm working on yet, gotta open up Notion

A view of an area of parched grass in a city park. the skies are full of beautiful cumulonimbus clouds with gaps of blue. in the bottom right of the photo, a portable solar panel is laid out.

I have fallen in love with these swan sisters, who show us their eggs so proudly. This is Ozzie. The other is a black swan named Ophelia.

I open the door slowly, slipping inside. I keep a measured pace, breathing evenly, keeping my heartbeat low. Five steps, ten steps; I begin to relax. A voice calls from behind me, ”Sir?” I ignore it. “Sir, what’s that in your pants?” I walk faster. “Someone stop that man!” I run.

Sign on a wall reads “NO TORTILLAS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE.”

Gameworld progress! Characters now only have given names, and their 'full' name will in the future be constructed out of several possible things: given name, occupation, title, relationship (eg 'father'), physical attribute.... who wants to meet Aelfred the Small??

a golden retriever trots along a cement pathway outside with a city skyline in the distance. his front left paw is suspended in the air as he has been caught mid-step. he looks over at the camera with a little grin. he's holding a long leafy branch in his mouth. can't believe his luck at finding this razzle dazzle stick.

'You'll choke too' - an aerial embroidery landscape inspired by all the wildfires happening right now... I'm upset every time I smell smoke outside and somehow we have people starting them maliciously too! But we all breathe the same air so they'll choke too (1/2 - see thread for close-ups)

An embroidery hoop containing a sewn landscape from above. It shows a forest on the right, a line of fire and charred ground with smoke on the left. The smoke is felted wool.

I was thoroughly surprised when the 'characters' I always thought were a key feature (players get linked to characters in a separate game world for body doubling support) didn't show up at all!

Mind map on a whiteboard. ADHD user needs regarding executive function, which form a loop: get unstuck; help making decisions; discover first action; walk me through the required steps; accompany me while I work.
There are also individual items: interest, novelty, challenge & urgency; survival; signposting to crisis support.
On the left of the board is a skeleton schedule for 'MVP day': 10am - plan day; 11am - design MVP: user needs and pain points; 1pm lunch; 4 - finish up; 430, prepare summary for presentation; 5 - call with A.

Another whiteboard image with two sections.

App behaviour
User state discovery:
1. Prompt for mood
2. Prompt for barriers

Offer appropriate action choices:
1. Rescue activity
2. (Prefilled) timer

Rewards

User choice:
1. Restart
2. Exit to timer

UI elements
- Walkthrough modal
- 'back' button
- prompts
- action choices
- recovery activities
