We don't use a lot of graphic design as we're a coffee roaster and we're pretty bad at marketing/Instagram etc. When we do need something designed, we use a person and not an AI. They're skilled. It's their job and I don't want to be part of the reason someone loses income. We all need to pay bills

This is aways enjoyable! ... (FYI, the infamous brewery fire in October 1880 came about due to fat igniting from roasting Schweinshaxe for the Oktoberfest celebration in honour of the brewery's German founder Wilhelm von Suhl, who hibernicised his name to William Sullivan on arrival in Kilkenny.)
