Given he’s been the mouthpiece of the City PR, one could read Samuel writing this highlights a pivot from ‘we done nuffin wrong’ to ‘the rules were bad in the first place’. It’s a better argument from a comms point of view. Would also suggest City have little confidence in winning the appeal.

Every time I do a turbo session I try and listen to a different album (a few exceptions over the years). Have just downloaded the Strava data and we’re sunny side of 400 now. Don’t know what I will do with this info when I’ve catalogued them 🤔

Rodri absolutely furious with that penalty being given because, as we know, he doesn’t believe in retrospective punishment for clear wrongdoing.

If Man Utd have expressed an intention to sue Man City (and fair enough) surely they will also need to sack their current CEO given he was COO of City previously?

TRUMP: He’s a great reporter, asks tough questions. Usually on Tuesday. Pancakes. Great American maple syrup. We used to import from Canada but they have a nasty leader. A nasty man. It could’ve been so great. But the fake news. Next question. BBC: Trump bans CNN from White House.

It's very similar indeed to the situation with RT - but given its reach and influence and the active participation on it of UK politicians I'd suggest X is far more dangerous.

And the biggest surprise: Frimpong tops sprints per 90 in the Prem this season with 26.6 - a full sprint more than anyone else. Munoz 4th. Kerkez 8th. Iraola in action. @mo-stewart.bsky.social - this all seems right up your straße.

Given the career trajectory of the last Reading winger to rise through the ranks I’d give him a consideration. Not least because he also turned out for Bracknell Town which makes it him and Michael Hector that have got anywhere.

On the one hand, some people want to make it so that kids and other people aren't crushed to death by cars. On the other hand, some people are upset that they might have to pay attention, slow down or be inconvenienced by about 15 seconds. So you can see how it's a "war on cars."

It’s perfectly fine to feel great sadness and empathy for Pog while also taking some happiness that this bike race will be more interesting as a result. Bike races are complicated. People are complicated. It’s possible to feel two things. It is normal.

Frimpong has an uncanny knack of making the wrong, or slow, decision every time the ball is near him. And he hasn’t got the technical ability to make up for that. An ostensibly rapid player that slows every attack he’s involved in. Dreadful.

To anyone who does not live in Paris but visits the city at regular intervals (as I do), the transformation has been staggering: Paris has been reclaimed from cars. It can be done, and could be done in London too. It is all about political will and taking the risk of being unpopular - for a while.

I don’t mind Pog being better than the doped era - technology and science moves on - it’s how much better he is than all of his contemporaries, making them look like rank amateurs in the wrong race, that is extremely whiffy. Also it’s dead boring.
