This isn't a new product. It's an updated vaccine to account for new strains and viral evolution. Are they going to do this for all COVID and influenza vaccines yearly? Because that effectively shuts them down. There isn't enough time between identification of strains included & release of vaccine.

Yet again Andreessen conflates being censored with being called an asshole.
“People during 2020 felt that there was a monoculture on social media, and if they didn’t agree with something, group chats became a safe space to debate that, share that, build consensus, feel that you’re not alone,” said Erik Torenberg, an entrepreneur who was the first employee of the tech community hub Product Hunt. As Krishnan was setting up a set of tech group WhatsApp chats at a16z, Torenberg independently founded a group of tech chats on WhatsApp and some more political Signal chats.

“They’re having all the private conversations because they weren’t allowed to have the public conversations,” Andreessen told Torenberg on a recent podcast, after joking in the name of secrecy that he’d never heard of such groups. “If it wasn’t for the censorship all of these conversations would have happened in public, which would have been much better.”

Abstract
This paper studies whether working from home (WFH) affects workers' performance in public sector jobs. Studying public sector initiatives allows us to establish baseline estimates on the impact of WFH net of incentives. Exploiting novel administrative data and plausibly exogenous variation in work location, we find that WFH increases productivity by 12%. These productivity gains are primarily driven by reduced distractions. They are not explained by differences in quality, shift length, or task allocation. The productivity gains more than double when tasks are assigned by the supervisor.

Keywords: working from home, productivity, public sector

From the Florida Bar's disciplinary guide (where Bondi is licensed): I'd classify smearing the judiciary and perp-walking a judge as arguably prejudicial to the admin of justice. If the legal system is going to be self-regulating, it is needs to actually self-regulate. Time for disbarments.
5.2 FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE PUBLIC TRUST
Absent aggravating or mitigating circumstances, and on application
of the factors to be considered in imposing sanctions, the following
- 33
sanctions are generally appropriate in cases involving public officials
who engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
or who state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government
agency or official:
(a) Disbarment. Disbarment is appropriate when a lawyer in an
official or governmental position knowingly misuses the position with
the intent to obtain a significant benefit or advantage for the lawyer or
another, or with the intent to cause serious or potentially serious injury
to a party or to the integrity of the legal process.
(b) Suspension. Suspension is appropriate when a lawyer in an
official or governmental position knowingly fails to follow proper
procedures or rules and causes injury or potential injury to a party or to
the integrity of the legal process.
(c) Public Reprimand. Public reprimand is appropriate when a
lawyer in an official or governmental position negligently fails to follow
proper procedures or rules and causes injury or potential injury to a
party or to the integrity of the legal process.
