My motto for today is deliberate action. As a martial artist from most of my life, I've used my body doing what I needed to do without having to think about it that is no longer the case. The #Cancer has taken that away, and now I must be very specific about what I'm trying to do with my body.

I have assumed this for some time, but we are seeing it play out in real time.

I feel like one of those case studies. Three months ago I was walking 5-8 miles a week and doing multiple sets of ten push ups. Today, walking to the basement to look for piece of 2x4 to use for a wrist wrest, wore me the fuck out. I can barely type because my coordination is shot to hell. 1/2
