I'm not going to swear to it cuz I don't do that anymore. However, I do feel like my thinking and my left-hand coordination are better this morning, even with the pain meds I took last night. I'm not Dopey when I woke up like before. It is a bit early, so we'll see, but I do feel better today.

My motto for today is deliberate action. As a martial artist from most of my life, I've used my body doing what I needed to do without having to think about it that is no longer the case. The #Cancer has taken that away, and now I must be very specific about what I'm trying to do with my body.

That being said, I discovered the martial art around my 16th birthday and jumped in full force. I was exposed to Buddhism and Daoism through the martial arts. My understanding of the universe stopped being binary a long time ago.
