Students made their first minicomics in my intro making course - mostly standard format but this student, a first time maker(!), did something so off the charts I’m still reeling from it! & he made like 12 of them for his classmates! A paper engineering feat of flipbookery as well as killer drawing!

I was once told by a cop, at a training triggered by a sharp increase in drugging and SA at large events in the 2010s, that their job was to disprove allegations, that 99% of victims were liars, and they were there to lock up people who made false allegations. Which was basically everyone.

From my experience, children's book series (if adapted into television) work best in a 15-30 minute format as opposed to the hour long format used for prestige/HBO shows.
