Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 2hShit man, how did I miss this?!?!? Didnt realize you were heading to Georgia and eating Khinkali and such (looks like you are in Tbilisi თბილისი). A very cost efficient and beautiful place to visit. 😊 000

Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 3hNo mans sky is always an option in these challenges it seems 😂 I feel like NMS might have overwhelmed/broken me as a kid 😅 not sure tbh. 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 3hReally not sure of the best way to word it. 🤔 There are definitely some pacing issues, but for every blemish, it really hasn't phased me much... ...except Cai animal feeding. That nearly broke me 😂 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 3h- - - fun and I am really enjoying the map management, the planning, the side activities; like I can tell they put a lot of thought into the structure of the game and overall it's really hitting for me. But I can also see/respect, that this game feels unnecessarily big for some people. 😅 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 3hGreat thoughts Maude. I always love when big series "experiment" and "reinvent" themselves - I also have so much I want to say but it's hard to whittle down such a giant grand game 😂 Plus, I think I need to hit the backend of the game to fully evaluate it, but generally, I'm having so much - - - 120
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hNow I get to start out with this chap. From what I've heard, he's an overpowered crit machine. 😂 150
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hFortune's Weave Progress: Cai Part 1 finished! That's 2 of 4. 🎉 1120
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hThat's awesome to come away victorious like that! Good job coach. 😊 🎉 010
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hYeah, the audio has been the toughest part. Definitely all over the place, and I get people going to periodic whispers (which requires restarting the game to fix). Still enjoyable and magical. It'll be great when you can revisit the world. Maybe an article about it? 😁 120
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hEiland is just becoming more and more appealing 😂 That's fantastic art! 😊 130
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hExactly. But at the same time, they have the whole auto activity system in there for that; people who just want to smash through the story and play the battles can (so I feel that's a good design point). But, my compulsion will never let me do that much, cept maybe the last 3-7 turns B4 a thing. 😂 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hLittle janky here and there, but the world just feels so alive (if that makes sense). Very happy to see all the turmoils that living in the world of the Witcher entails. Geralt's personality bouncing off of each event is great too. Like I genuinely missed this game/world. It's been a lot of fun! 😊 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hThis is a freaking great answer Stitch! SAME. Like kid me loved the og snap, and would have eaten this up. Like full stop, would have become my personality. 😂 Adult me liked it, but it would have been magical as a kid. 😊 Cheers! 010

Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 7hSounds like a very mixed bag. The change of perspective and emphasis on flight being a viable option sometimes is nifty. Congrats soldiering through in spite of some frustrations. 😊 010
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 8hI too tend to play just about everything in performance mode 😂 Anyways, given my current replay of the Witcher III right now (and how much I'm liking the little moral choices in that), Dawnwalker does sound like a special game. 😊 I just need more time Born! How can I play all these things? 😂 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 8hI'm currently replaying the Witcher III right now, that makes The Blood of the Dawnwalker sound all the more interesting. 😁 Great read! 090

Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 8hLot of great thoughts in here. I think "ambition" is a great word; I'm at 70hrs and I don't think I can truly comprehend the scope/scale of this game (or even evaluate it). It has been special though. Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 19hLotta great choices. Depends how serious you wanna get, but I feel FTL would be a good make decisions game. Spelunky 2 might be some good rinse + repeat action. 😊 100
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 20hYep. Leda > Cai > Dietrich > end on Theodora 😊 And yeah, too many units for me to care about 😂. I take the initial people and then go for a rnwn 4, rnwn 6, rnwn 7, one late rnwn ppl, and 1-2 more and that's it. Gotta keep a tight unit. I'm trying to aim for different people each route. 😊 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 20hBut at the same time, it got the cogs turning in the brain and was very interesting on the whole. Also, Boro is a freaking top notch dude. 👍 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 20hWanderstop is great! A thought provoking game that was just a unique experience. It's interesting, because one thing that was a bit off for me was that Alma (I think that's her name), her burnout stems from a different place than my burnout stems from; like on some ways I couldn't relate to it. 110
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 20hYeah, I'm ready and excited to see what Dietrich's route entails (that'll be my 3rd Part 1). I've heard he duels and that means more skirmishes or something? I definitely don't gift as much and I try to keep my teams 12 or less people, so I've definitely made it less overwhelming a couple of ways. 110

Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 22h... that means Daily (not weekly, every fresh day) you can feed your animals. It's a lot. 😅 Worth it, because released animals give you nice accessories based on their affinity and they have some awesome skills, but still a lot. 120
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 22hYeah... 😂 Cai has a couple of different mechanics that make his loop slightly different (the world map is smaller, more restricted, doesn't have carriage access until late). The main one is animal taming, and to get the affection/affinity up with animals, to unlock their skills... weeeeelll... 120
Datvivar @datvivar.bsky.social · 23hThis is hilarious, but also true. 😂 Actually, I like most the weekly actions just fine. Cai's feeding animals + sewer trips were a but much. 😅 110
